We stand behind every shirt we make. If something arrives wrong or damaged, we'll make it right — no runaround, no fine print.

We offer refunds for:
— Items sent incorrectly
— Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at support@emberandcask.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue. That's it.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Current version always available at support@emberandcask.com.

One more thing: take care of the shirt and it'll take care of you. Washing and care instructions are included with every order. Follow them.
